These seats are unique; they are located in rows 2 & 3 in Section 350 directly behind home plate. You can call balls and strikes and see the entire field. The package consists of four seats (two in row 2, two immediately behind in row 3). The seats are the only ones in the rows; therefore, no one walks in front of you during the game! And the size of each seat is slightly wider than the other seats in the stadium. There is an aisle located to the left and the TV camera recording area to the right. My clients who have sat in these seats commented they are "The best seats in the house!"

When Busch III opened in 2006, I was able to get these seats due to my high-seniority level. I have been a season ticket holder for 36 years and the death of a previous partner left these seats open. I will consider any offer. The percentage of games purchased during regular season will allow for the opportunity in purchasing the same percentage of playoff tickets. Looking for a long-term relationship and willing to consider adding a partner's name on ticketholder account.

Most games $32, Game prices vary due to market conditions ($32-$100) for example opening day, Cub games, World Series Rings giveaways, etc. Anyone buying 1/3 season or more will pay actual cost.

How will my games get determined?

For this listing, you would offer to purchase a certain number of games and tickets from the Season Ticket Holder. The actual games and tickets you would get would be determined at a later date using the the following method:

In Person Draft
New partner will participate in an In Person Draft. Draft will be held at a time and date agreeable to the majority of partners. If a partner cannot attend a date, efforts shall be made to ensure partners picks are fairly selected (for example, ability to call in selection, or the option to send another person to make picks). Draft picks will be based on the number of games each partner is purchasing. Draft Order will be set fairly giving all partners a pick in the first round and the remaining picks will be fairly determined based on the proportion of games owned by each partner. The Draft Order shall NOT unfairly benefit or harm any partner(s). All games and tickets shall be included in the draft.

My wife and I would like to join your group, but we can only use 5 games this year and they have to be on the weekend because we still work. Would that be ok?

with only 14 weekends and some of them being cubs and yankees. we can make it work but you wod have to flexilble being u only using 5 games

a couple of ?'s. are you looking just for tickets or to become part of my season ticket account? and 2ndly there are 14 weekends that have games, how many games total are l]you looking for. i mam very flexible and fair man. I will work with you anyway that i can.
