How will my games get determined?

For this listing, you would offer to purchase a certain number of games and tickets from the Season Ticket Holder. The actual games and tickets you would get would be determined at a later date using the the following method:

Sequence Draft
Games will be allotted to partners based on chronological order of the games in season. Each partner will be assigned a number in a sequence then each game in the season will be assigned based on the sequence. The partner first in the sequence will get game number 1, the partner second in the sequence gets game number 2, and so on. The sequence repeats until all games have been selected.

Can you tell me what games you currently have available? I’m specifically interested in April 14, but I know I have to purchase 2 games according to the overview, I just don’t know what games are open for purchase with the capacity restrictions.
  • Hi Tina, We have 4/12, 4/13. 4/23. 4/26, 4/27, and 4/28 available. If you want to submit an offer then I will accept and then that will allow us to exchange contact information to discuss details. Thank you.

I sent an offer earlier today for 2 tickets to 5 games. I realize the April games are all that are available now but 5 games in may would work also if you have them available. thank you!
  • Hi Mike, you are correct due to COVID we are only able to purchase tickets 1 month at a time. As a result, we currently only have April tickets available. IF you want to submit an offer, I can accept it and that will allow us to exchange contact information to discuss details. Thank you.

I made an offer to buy 10 games earlier this week. I haven’t heard back, but I am unsure as to how this process works. I want to be sure you received my offer and I don’t want to place it again for fear that it will be accepted twice. Please advise if you received an offer from me. Thanks.
  • Hi Jennifer, due to COVID we are only able to purchase tickets 1 month at a time. As a result, we currently only have April tickets available. I don't know how you can get my contact information, but if a Cardinal representative reads this I authorize them to provide my information to you so we can connect if you want to purchase April tickets. Thank you.

If you send the agreement after accepting my offer for the 2 games, then I think the site sends our contact information to each other. Then I can send a deposit, if that is what you want done.
  • Thanks, Sara. We are working with our Account Executive to figure out what capacity restrictions are going to be. With the seats being so close to the dugout we are thinking we will not be allowed to be that close to the players so we are waiting to hear what will happen. I will let you know as soon as we have concrete information so we don't have to mess with any refunds!

I was interested in 2 games. It said you accepted the offer but also said waiting on seller to send agreement. Then it expired. I re-sent the same offer just now. So now under my dashboard I have one that says pending and one says expired.
  • Hi Sara, We are new to this site so trying to figure out how to operate it. Sorry about that! Yes, we will have 2 games available, but as I am sure you are aware the amount of games/dates is still up in the air because of COVID. Because of that we have not split amongst our other owners. What we would want to do is contact you once we are selecting games once we have a better idea of how many games we will actually have to split amongst everyone. Every year we have weekend and night games available for all series. Our group is not the crazies who only take good games.

I submitted an offer, I think you accepted it. Now it says agreement expired. I am unsure on what to do. I am very interested in purchasing some tickets, the seat location looks fantastic. Please let me know what I should do next. I wish I could provide contact info like an email so you can reach out to me directly, but I dont see a way. Thanks!
  • I am not sure I saw your offer, Could you explain what you were interested in? thanks and let me know

Hello, I am very interested in some of your tickets. This is a first time for us checking out the split season tix. And was wondering, Do we have any say at all in which games it would be for? (I know it says draft so I am assuming not, however I figured I would ask to make sure because these are our dream tix) We live a few hours away and there some games we simply wouldn't be able to make it to due to work obligations. Looking forward to hearing back. Thank you, Leah Helenschmidt
  • Leah, I aim to make all of my partners happy, so we will try to accommodate your requests. I would love to make this work, these are amazing seats! Mary Niemann

Sounds good Mary. I will look over the schedule. See what games I would get and think about it over the weekend. The 20% deposit is fair. Hopefully at some point they let people in. I know row A is probably not the first seats they open up so close to field and dugout. But if they offer alternative or something you should be able to pass until your regular seats are available.
  • Hi Robert, We are new to this site so trying to figure out how to operate it. Sorry about that! I saw your message about wanting 20 games and the dates which is great! For some reason it won't let me respond to that question because it says its under review? As I am sure you are aware the amount of games/dates is still up in the air because of COVID. Because of that we have not split amongst our other owners. What we would want to do is contact you once we are selecting games once we have a better idea of how many games we will actually have to split amongst everyone. Every year we have weekend and night games available for all series so it always works out where everyone gets roughly a game a series. Our group is not the crazies who only take good games.

Ok that answer helps. Yes picture towards home plate would be helpful. Does the pole get in view of field of play? So 1/4 of games (20) are available and every 4th game would be incoming partner? Also due to uncertainty of season would you be doing deposits until we know when fans are being allowed? Or if you require payment in full what is your refund policy.
  • I have a picture but not sure how to attach it.... will figure it out-the pole does not get in the view of field of play. Yes 20 games are available and every 4th game would be to incoming partner. The group of partners is very flexible, and anyone getting a certain promo or timeslot is almost always accommodated. The partners just trade among themselves if they so desire. Due to uncertainty of season, I would request a deposit until we know about fans being allowed, and we will follow the Cardinals refund policy. Example, if 20% of games are cancelled, I will re pay 20%. Hope this helps

Mary might be interested in 1/3 of season but have a few questions that viewing angle looks tough towards home plate do you have any photos from seat? Does camera well obstruct? How are games split? I prefer doing everything remotely. Is PayPal acceptable?
  • The view towards home plate is fine for an adult, a short adult or child MAY have a little difficulty but this has never been reported to me from people who sit in the seats. It would only be difficult for a short adult or child in the 2 seats closest to the aisle. the camera well does not obstruct, but there is a support pole Remote transactions are fine, I have Venmo. Have photos from the seats, do you want photos towards home plate? In the past games have been split among myself and 3 others, going every 4th game, but we certainly consider special requests, etc...
