• Bob, yes they are just 2 rows from the field in Row B and on the aisle. These seats are in high demand, but it is possible to get a better price so long as you are not taking just Cubs, Dodgers and other popular games and weekends, etc. Send an offer and we can negotiate. Thanks, Jim

  I'd do the games as proposed- 11 games as mentioned, 40 seats I believe, + a throw in of 4 tickets of your least desirable game for $4000 total (total of 12 games or 44 tickets). If tickets are in hand, I'm happy to meet and exchange tickets for cash or create formal agreement with payment via paypal. • If I understand you correctly, you would like all the tickets you originally asked for in sec. 136 minus the 4 tickets for the Sep. 14 game. That is 18 tickets for 5 games. The best price is $1,560 or $92 less than my listed price. For sec. 138 row B my best price for the 22 seats for 6 games you asked for originally is $2,600 or about $144 less than my listed price. • There is a full service bar, TV, and food in an air conditioned area with restrooms. Entry is only allowed to those with Dugout Box or Diamond Box tickets.

• We are not allowed to exchange contact details until an agreement is completed. You select the games you want from the listing (4 game minimum).The prices are shown in the listing also. You can offer less, but I usually don't accept less than I am asking. Row B is the second row from the field and the Dugout Box seats include access to the private club.

• The way I sell my season tickets is not by allocation. You pick the games you want (at least 4) from those I have listed on the website and then we make an agreement on payment type and date. I will tell you now my prices are firm, no haggling. .And payment should be in cash and within 7 days of finalizing an agreement. Thanks, Jim
